An order recommendation proposes products and quantities without prices, discounts or financial totals. It is separate from a priced discount offer. FOA preserves the sent version so later changes do not rewrite what the customer received.

A practical sequence

Select the store and products from the existing catalogue and assortment.
Enter permitted quantities, review the preview and confirm sending.
Review the customer's response and create the necessary follow-up action.

What the result tells you

A customer response describes their decision about the recommendation. Submitting a real external order requires a separately verified ordering integration.
