Who is FOA for?
FOA is for field-sales representatives and teams working with stores: visits, shelf checks, product recommendations and follow-up.
Is a recommendation an order?
No. A recommendation contains products and quantities without prices. A customer response records their decision; it does not prove an ERP order or a completed sale.
Can I use FOA on my phone?
The web app supports mobile screens and can be installed as a PWA. A separately distributed native mobile app is not currently available.
Does FOA send everything automatically?
You review and confirm documents before sending. Email queue acceptance and confirmed delivery are separate states. External integrations depend on your configuration.
